Although I am trying to be as healhy as possible, I overate today. I do not really mind that because I have eaten clean for about 1 month and I will consider this day exception. It is a wild journey to eat healthy food and to exercise daily. I feel like I am a better person when I do it. I won’t focus on this day because as I said it is an exception and since I have prepared my overnight chia pudding for tomorrow’s breakfast and I am planning on doing a crazy work out, I feel fine. So the moral of the story is no matter of your mistakes, do not worry at all because tomorrow’s another better day! :) You do not have to blame yourself for a day of overeating but to accept it as a treat day! ^^
